Can I see the bag in real life?

As each bag is unique the design can vary. You can make an appointment to visit the studio and pick out your favorite bag. Contact info@mayamoda.org for an appointment.

How to take care of your bag

The bags are fine with rain but be aware they are not water-proof. After a big shower what is on the inside might get wet.

Yes, depending on where you are based, you might be asked to pay import fees or tax upon receiving you order. Import fees vary all over the world so please contact custom information within your country for more information.

Can I return my order?

Orders can be returned within 14 days as long as they are unused and in original state.

Return your bag within 14 days in it’s original state to:

Unless agreed upon otherwise, costs for returning the bag are covered by the customer.
